Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping to the United States typically takes 12-20 days, and International shipping can take anywhere from 15-40 days.

Q: Where do you guys ship from?

A: We have warehouses located in the United States, South America, and China and will have items produced and sent out from wherever inventory is most accessible and convenient to the order's destination.  

Q: What is your return policy/money back guarantee?

A: We have a 30 day return policy from the date of which your item is received according to the tracking information and will only accept the item in unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and the difference of the cost of shipping will be deducted on your refund. If the item you received was damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, you are covered by our money back guarantee and should contact us at support@thecitywave.com.

A: It typically takes 5-10 business days to receive a refund. Please note that refund times may vary depending on the investigation of your return.

Q: What type of payment methods does The Citywave. accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments.

Q: Are my payments and information secure when purchasing?

A: The Citywave. runs on an SSL Secure payment processing system which ensures that your payments and personal information are 100% encrypted. Your payments are used as a one time basis per item purchased and is not stored in any database. 

Q: Are you guys going to be adding items for more cities?

A: Yes! Right now we are only supplying goods for New York, London, Paris, and San Francisco. We are currently designing more awesome and unique items for multiple cities in the next coming month!
